Whatever you need:
I’ll draft legal documents, reports, and forms.
I’ll create and manage spreadsheets.
I’ll organize files, check emails, schedule appointments, etc.

EVIDENCE ORGANIZATION
I’ll organize a ‘data-dump’ (ie: Disclosure, investigative reports,etc) into something easy to understand and use on behalf of your clients.
Prices & Packages
By the hour, week, or month.*
All fees are for VIRTUAL assistance and based on a workweek of 15 billable hours.
Check with Denise to discuss availability, details, and rates for rush or overtime work;
discounts for long-term commitment projects; or in-person assistance.
All prices do not yet include sales tax.
*If you are confident your project will take 15 or more hours per week (or 60 hours per month), consider my weekly or monthly flat rate and save 10% over the hourly rate.
Hourly Rate*:

Greatest flexibility
Good choice for projects of uncertain length.
No limits on minimum or maximum number of hours.
*Not to exceed 15 billable hours per week.
I do my best to complete all work as efficiently as possible.
However, if assigned project runs over 15 hours in one week, I'll check if you want me to work overtime or just continue the following week. If you choose overtime and my availability allows, overtime will be charged at 1.25 x hourly rate.
Weekly Flat Rate^:
$1500
Save up to $150 over hourly rate
Good choice for Finalize Documents or other small projects, or for short term General Assistance needs requiring 15 hours per week.
^Up to a maximum of 15 billable hours of work.
I do my best to complete all work as efficiently as possible.
However, if assigned project runs over 15 hours in one week, I'll check if you want me to work overtime or continue the following week. If you choose overtime and my availability allows, overtime will be charged at 1.25 x hourly rate.
Monthly Flat Rate°:
$6000
Save up to $600 over hourly rate
Good choice for medium length Evidence Organization or Trial Preparation projects or General Assistance needs requiring 60 hours per month.
°Up to a maximum of 60 billable hours of work.

However, if assigned project runs over 60 hours in one month, I'll check if you want me to work overtime or just continue the following month. If you choose overtime and my availability allows, overtime will be charged at 1.25 x hourly rate.
